The Story
A presence
shaped by scale.
The woolly mammoth carried an unmistakable sense of scale, movement and adaptation to an Ice Age landscape.
Mammoth Mirage draws from that presence.
Form becomes composition.
Movement becomes rhythm.
The landscape becomes an atmosphere.
Across the drape, these ideas reveal themselves gradually — giving the saree a visual character that feels expansive, composed and contemporary.
Material & Making
Lightweight organic cotton mulmul gives the saree a soft, fluid drape. Coverage can vary with print density and lighting; pair the saree with an appropriate petticoat and choose blouse lining according to the level of coverage you prefer.
The fabric used for this piece is sourced from a supplier holding valid GOTS certification for the relevant scope. The certification applies within the scope stated in the relevant supplier documentation.
Original VARNINI® artwork is translated onto fabric through reactive digital printing. Where certification information relating to printing materials is referenced, it applies only within the scope stated in the relevant documentation and does not represent the finished VARNINI® product as certified unless that scope is expressly supported.
Made-to-Order
Your confirmed selection begins the final making of Mammoth Mirage. The dimensions and preferences confirmed for your order guide the final completion of the piece.
The current creation time is approximately 10–15 days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier service. If you are choosing for a particular occasion or travel date, share the date when enquiring so the VARNINI® team can guide you.
Care
Store the saree clean and dry, away from prolonged direct light. Handle the printed fabric gently and follow the product-specific VARNINI® care guidance provided with your piece.
Returns & Cancellations
