Shipping & Delivery
From confirmation to arrival, we keep the journey clear.
Your applicable dispatch window, shipping charge and delivery details are shared with your order information.
Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once the product, price, inclusions, applicable customisation, dispatch window and payment details have been agreed. For Made-to-Order pieces, confirmation begins the final making of your order.
Making & Dispatch
Our current creation window is approximately 10–15 days, unless a different timeline is confirmed for your piece. Once your order is ready and has completed its final checks, it is handed over for shipping.
If you need your order for a particular occasion or travel date, please share the date when enquiring so we can guide you accordingly.
Delivery & Tracking
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, courier service and prevailing delivery conditions. Where tracking is available, the details will be shared once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner.
If we become aware of a change affecting your expected dispatch, we will share the updated information available to us.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Details
Any applicable shipping charge will be included in the final order information before payment. Please provide a complete delivery address, PIN code and contact number. If you notice an address error before dispatch, contact VARNINI® promptly so we can assist where possible.
If a parcel is returned because the delivery details were incomplete or delivery could not be completed, any applicable re-shipping charge will be communicated before the parcel is sent again.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged, please photograph it before opening where reasonably possible. If the product arrives damaged, defective or different from what was confirmed, contact VARNINI® promptly with your order details and supporting photographs or video where helpful.
We will assist you in accordance with the applicable Returns & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
International Orders
International shipping may be arranged for selected orders when confirmed by VARNINI® in advance. Shipping charges, estimated transit information and any applicable customs or import requirements will be discussed before the order is accepted.
