VARNINI® is a Chandigarh-based, story-led Indian fashion house creating distinctive Made-to-Order sarees and original Fabric Stories. Our collections bring together original design, considered materials and a thoughtful approach to making — for the Woman of Class.
For VARNINI®, class is expressed through discernment, dignity, warmth and quiet confidence. It is our way of describing a woman who chooses thoughtfully and carries what she wears in a way that feels entirely her own.
Every VARNINI® collection has its own point of view. Original stories are interpreted through artwork, colour, form and fabric, while our Made-to-Order approach brings the final making closer to the customer’s confirmed choice.
The Last Echo is a collection of five story-led sarees inspired by extinct species. Whispers of Existence is a group of original Fabric Stories inspired by quieter forms of light, movement, trace and stillness.
Your confirmed selection sets the final making of your piece in motion. Depending on the product, this may include relevant production, finishing, customisation and quality-review stages before it is prepared for dispatch.
Our current creation window is approximately 10–15 days. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination and courier service. If you are choosing for a particular occasion or travel date, share the date before placing your order.
Material information is stated on the individual product page. The current VARNINI® sarees and Fabric Stories use lightweight organic cotton mulmul; standard fabric width is 44 inches. Product-specific records remain the controlling source if a future material changes.

The fabric used for this piece is sourced from a supplier holding valid GOTS certification for the relevant scope. The certification applies within the scope stated in the relevant supplier documentation.
This supplier-scope statement does not represent the finished VARNINI® product as GOTS-certified. Printing-material certification is referenced only where the exact applicable documentation supports the wording.
Current The Last Echo sarees are ₹9,499 inclusive of applicable taxes. The standard price includes a 5.5 metre saree, 1 metre coordinated unstitched blouse fabric, specified 5-inch fall & edging, VARNINI® Thank You Card, Sustainable Elegance Card and Wash Care Instructions. Standard fabric width is 44 inches; finished saree height after fall & edging is approximately 40–42 inches and can be customised.
Current saree length, height and coordinated blouse-piece length can be discussed according to your preference and the chosen design. The applicable details are confirmed before the order proceeds.
Yes. Fabric Stories are available in the length you need, with no minimum order quantity. Your selected total is confirmed before payment.
Yes. Share the silhouette or idea you have in mind and we can help you consider fabric quantity, artwork direction and placement. Final garment construction and measurements should also be confirmed with your tailor/pattern maker.
Coverage can vary with the fabric, colour, print density, lighting and intended silhouette. Product pages provide the most relevant guidance for the specific piece; lining or layering can be considered according to your preferred level of coverage.
The applicable terms depend on the product and whether making, cutting, allocation or confirmed customisation has begun. The terms relevant to your purchase are available before payment. Statutory remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect supply remain subject to applicable law and policy.
Follow the product-specific care guidance supplied with your order. As a general practice, keep the piece clean and dry, away from prolonged direct light, and contact VARNINI® before specialised stain treatment where guidance is needed.
Yes. Visit the VARNINI® Studio in Sector 44-C, Chandigarh to see the sarees and Fabric Stories up close, feel the fabrics and explore the drape with individual guidance. Studio visits are best arranged by appointment.
